Statement of Purpose
- To formulate bylaws, guildlines and structures by which the area fellowship can operate on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the SFVCA Service Manual
- To inform the area service board and other area service committees when actions are within or outside the Service Manual guidelines
- To answer questions from the fellowship regarding points in the Service Manual
12 & 12, Page 62; "There are no rules"The SFVCA Service Manual is not a rulebook, it is a handbook of service role definitions and simple guidelines.
